For our North American collection, we have selected two partners renowned for their specific expertise: Bella+Canvas for our tees and hoodies, and Cotton Heritage for our sweatshirts.

Materials & Know-How

We don't just pick "standard" blanks. We pick the right fabric for the right feeling.

The "Airlume" Difference (T-Shirts & Hoodies)

For our T-shirts and Hoodies, we use Bella+Canvas and their signature Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. This proprietary process removes 25% more impurities than standard cotton, resulting in a fabric that is cleaner, stronger, and significantly softer against the skin.

The "Cotton Face" Standard (Sweatshirts)

For our crewneck sweatshirts, we partner with Cotton Heritage .

We choose their premium M2480 model for two specific reasons:

1. The Feel: It features a "3-end fleece" construction with a soft-washed finish. It feels incredibly soft to the touch, not stiff or scratchy.

2. The Print Quality: Unlike basic sweatshirts, it has a 100% cotton face . This means the exterior surface is pure cotton (even if the inside is a warm blend). The result? The print is as sharp and vibrant as on a t-shirt, without the dullness often seen on mixed fabrics.

Responsible Manufacturing & Safety

Our partners are committed to high ethical and environmental standards.

• Eco-Conscious: Bella+Canvas dye houses use 7x less water than the industry average and run on solar energy.

• Safe Materials: Our Cotton Heritage sweatshirts contain 0% dangerous substances and 0% recycled polyester contaminants. They meet strict safety requirements regarding lead and phthalates.

• Ethical Labor: We only work with partners who adhere to strict ethical labor standards, such as WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) certification.

Manufacturing & Transparency

Transparency is part of our commitment. Here is exactly how your clothes are made:

• Traceability:

• T-Shirts & Hoodies: Dyed in California, assembled in strictly audited facilities in the US or Central America (Nicaragua, Honduras, Mexico).

• Sweatshirts: Weaving, dyeing, and production are handled by specialist partners in Pakistan , recognized for their expertise in high-quality fleece cotton.

• The Printing: Your order is printed and shipped directly from facilities located in the USA or Canada , depending on where you live.

We choose clarity over vagueness: every step of the chain—from sewing to printing—is selected for quality, ethics, and safety.

On-Demand Printing (DTG)

Everdreem garments are printed on demand using DTG (Direct To Garment) technology. This means:

• Each piece is produced only when you order it.

• Zero inventory waste.

• Production adapted to real demand.
