Estimated delivery times
Everdreem products are made to order after order confirmation.
Estimated delivery time: 4 to 8 business days
This timeframe includes:
- clothing production,
- printing or embroidery,
- then the shipment.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination, order volume or certain specific periods (launches, holidays, peak seasons).
Delivery costs
- Standard delivery: $4.90
- Free delivery on orders over $80
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Everdreem products are made to order, specifically for each order.
For this reason, returns due to a change of mind (size, color, personal preference) are not accepted.
Defective items or order error
If a product has a defect, damage, or if an error has crept into the order, we will of course find a solution.
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt at the following address:
Specifically:
- the order number,
- a description of the problem,
- clear photos of the product (and packaging if necessary).
After verification, a suitable solution will be proposed:
- product replacement,
- refund,
- or another solution as appropriate.
No returns should be sent without prior agreement.
Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges.
If a product is unsuitable (excluding defects), the solution is to place a new order with the correct size or model.
Important information
- Each piece is produced only after order.
- Slight variations may exist between the visuals and the final product (print position, color depending on the screens).
- The colors displayed may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
