Orders

Where are Everdreem products manufactured?

Everdreem clothing is made from Stanley/Stella textiles.

The manufacture of the garments (raw materials and assembly) is carried out in certified partner workshops, particularly in Bangladesh.

The printing and personalization (embroidery or printing) are then carried out in Europe, before shipment.
Are the products in stock?

No.

All Everdreem products are made to order, only after ordering.

This system helps to avoid overproduction and to offer parts produced specifically for each customer.
Can I modify or cancel my order?

Since orders are launched quickly into production, it is generally not possible to modify or cancel an order once it has been validated.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@everdreem.com . We will do our best depending on the situation.

Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Estimated delivery times are 4 to 8 working days for France and Europe.

This timeframe includes:

  • clothing production,
  • then its expedition.

These timeframes are indicative and may vary slightly depending on the period.
What are the delivery charges?
  • €5.90 for orders under €70
  • Free delivery on orders over €70
Do you deliver outside of France?

Yes, delivery is available in several European countries.

Available areas and exact fees are indicated at the time of payment.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Since Everdreem products are made to order, returns for change of mind (size, color, preference) are not accepted.
What should I do if my product is defective or if there is an error?

If your product is:

  • defective,
  • damaged upon receipt
  • or not conforming to the order

Contact us at contact@everdreem.com within 14 days of receipt, with:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos of the problem.

A solution (replacement or refund) will be offered to you after verification.

Sizes & Fit

Are the clothes true to size?

Everdreem clothing uses European sizes.

If you are hesitating between two sizes, we recommend taking the larger size.

Are the clothes unisex?

Yes.

All Everdreem models are unisex, with a straight cut designed to suit different body shapes.

Products & printing

What printing technique is used?
  • Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for printed designs
  • Embroidery for some visuals

These techniques offer a precise, comfortable and long-lasting result.
Can the colours vary?

Yes, slight variations may exist:

  • depending on the screens,
  • between two productions.

The position or size of the print/embroidery may also vary slightly from piece to piece. This is part of the made-to-order manufacturing process.

Interview

How do I care for my Everdreem garment?

To preserve the quality of the textile and the print:

  • wash inside out,
  • at a maximum of 30°C,
  • avoid the tumble dryer,
  • do not go directly back over the image.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, it is possible to order without creating an account.

Creating an account, however, makes it easier to track your orders.
